Regardless of velocity or acceleration, by definition of the average, at some instant, the velocity will equal the average.

For example, an object moving through outer space at a constant velocity over time will have an average that is equal to the velocity at any given moment.

For an object that is constantly accelerating, over the time interval there is an average velocity, and that velocity will exist if only for an instant.

As worded, the question asks if there is a point along a trip at which the average velocity up to that point equals the instantaneous velocity at that point. So should not include any of the journey after that point in calculating the average velocity.

If the object is undergoing a constant acceleration, no. Otherwise, yes.

in the velocity of the body is constant then the avarage velocity and instant velocity is always the same.

also at some points although the velocity may vary for a certain disstance it results in an average velocity in the end. it might be possible that for some instances the instantaneoius velocity will be the same as the average velocity. it is not impossible.

sure. If the time the overall is taken is infinitely small it truly is instantaneous. also evaluate the truth that the instantaneous speed fluctuates always and it fluctuates above and below the advise speed. hence in some unspecified time sooner or later the instantaneous equals the advise because it crosses from more desirable to below.
