I have a yahoo id I don't use it anymore ,can I close it ?

as far as i know it's not easy to close a yahoo account.

i am not sure, but i think your account gets deleted automatically if you dont use it for 3 months. why would you wanna close it anyway? you dont use it, so whats the difference? its not like you are paying for it, rite...
