Depends on the phase of the cell division.
In a non-mitotic cell there is one nucleolus.
There are five chromosomes with the nucleolar organization region so during mitosis you can have up to 10 small nucleoli although they fuse readily to form bigger ones.

Most human cells have one nucleus. Muscle cells have several, red blood cells have none.

I assume "does a nucleus have" was a typo.
