i love someone but idont now i he love what i do and i cant tell him that i love him beacause we never talk?

Sometimes when guys like girls, they really clam up. You need to extract him from his shell. Find out what he likes and try and talk about that subject with him.

I believe you are infatuated. Love is something you have after you really get to know the other person. What's his favorite food? Does he like sports? Is he close to his family? Things like that.
If you wish to get to know him better, ask mutual friends to set you up for a date maybe or ask him to go somewhere with you yourself. Good luck!
