My friends said they overheard someone on the bus at school say that this girl whom I really like (but they don't know that but suspect it) likes me but I fear she probably doesn't. I am in my last year of Middle School and want to "go out" with her by the end of the year and all through high school and after! Am I thinking too long term? My friend even offered to ask her out for me but I told him if I wanted to go out with her then I would ask her myself. This is true but the two of us( her and I ) have never "went out" with anyone before and I fear that our relationship or any hope of a relationship might be crushed if I asked her out too early or if (I hope not) she doesn't like me at all. She is friendly to me and sort of flirtatious but I do not know if she likes me in that way or not. Please consider my situation and thank you for your time!

Don't go getting too serious though. You're both so young! Just have fun!
Why wouldn't she want to go out with such a nice young man like you!?!

You might be putting too much emphasis on long-term, I don't know of too many adults that can say they met their significant other in middle school. Just tell the girl how you feel and ask her if she feels that same about you, either you will know she likes you or you can move on to find another. There is no hope of a relationship if you don't tell her.

i think you should go and ask her straight,if feel its the right time since even she is not seeing anybody at the moment and also because you have such strong feelings for her,just go and talk to her and get to know her feelings too and about feelings getting crushed then my dear this is what life is all about,if she doesnt like you,then you can force her to be with you,it would be better if you get to know her part before its too late for you,so just go aheadyou have nothing to lose!!good luck!!

by all mean. you should take a risk of asking her out or have a relationship. because that if you don't. thing would get little mess or make yourself going nuts. like what if or what could happen. the sooner the better.
there not thing wrong of know. and the out come.
