I do know that saying "no" to tv is difficult. Well, your intention must be strong. If you do not want to watch tv because of your homework, than be focus on it. Be straight. If the intention of watching tv is so strong, then tell yourself that you have homework to do and maybe you can do other things or your hobbies to get away the idea. Other people who can't afford to own a tv have to live with it. If they can don't watch tv, why can't you?

find a subsitute. that is usually something you like to do better than tv. try something creative, that works for me. once you start creating, you will feel better about yourself, and then actually start feeling bad when you turn the tv on again. we are made by God to be creative beings.....try it, it works.

It's nearly impossible. I never turn it on. But, everyone else is always watching it and wanting you to watch it with them. It's a never ending annoyance, along with cell phones, video games, and the vast majority of other people. Boo
