I think that you do love christmas but can't stand being forced into doing things that you don't like. I feel the same way. We have been turned off to christmas because of the commercial aspect, but we all have fond childhood memories (or sometimes not) but basically christmas should be a wonderful festival of midwinter, love and sharing. Something which seems sadly lacking the rest of the year, perhaps we sing the carols during the rest of the year as a fond rememberance of the joy that christmas can bring.
F*ck I sound like Christian, second thoughts, you freak what are you doing, carols in summer are you nuts, its the stocks for you young laddy my boy.

You have an inner need for Christmas warmth.

I bet you have over 50 sweaters with snowflakes and reindeer on them.

You have a tendency to buy and burn the incense that they use in churches.

When people walk in your home they feel dirty and sinful even if they washed themselves and their clothes 20 times before arriving.

Your cabinet is overstocked with shortbread cookies that are sprinkled with glittery green and red sugar.

Your front lawn is filled with rampant mistletoe and you wonder why you catch yourself whistling Christmas carols for the rest of the year.

I bet you haven't taken down your Christmas tree and decorations for over an independent lifetime.

Same here... i CRINGE when those Time Life commercials start up around Halloween. The stores play them to death.. you whistle them at other times because ONCE UPON a time they were fun and looked forward to.

Same here - I even avoid going to the stores by the mid-december - I cannot hear those things anymore without wanting to run away screaming. But, if you're not forced to listen to them all day and all night they are actually OK tunes.
