I think you will have to reinstall - hope you got the Windows disk and serial. I did find this:

When you install Windows XP, you are required to provide registration information including your name and organization. This information is then visible on the General tab from the System Properties dialog box (right click My Computer and click Properties).

You can change the registration information after you install Windows XP by editing the registry.

Click Start and click Run.

Type regedit and click OK.

Expand the following registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion

In the right pane, double click RegisteredOrganization.

Type in the new organization name and click OK.

Double click RegisteredOwner.

Type in the new name of the registered owner and click OK.

Close the Registry Editor.

Give Best Buy a call. I am sure they have the answer to that one. May be that they can send you either the install software or at least take you through the steps neccesary to change this. If that does not work then go to www.microsoft.com and ask at the help site. Good luck

It requires a bit of registry play but take a look at the source link and you should be fine.
