I want to see her cleaning up homeless shelters for about 6 months at 8 hours a day. She would get a 1/2 hour lunch break, no makeup, no cell phone and only clothes from Wal-Mart. No mercy!

Wow! Before I heard the details I was laughing because I despise Paris. After hearing the details, and they showed it on tape. She was working all day long on a video shoot and had not eaten all day, at the end of the shoot she had "most" of a margarita to cap off the end of the shoot.
She left and was on her way to In and Out Burger (not eaten all day) when she was pulled over. Her breathalizer put her barely at the minimum. The police even questioned whether to hold her or not because she was so close to being UNDER the limit. Considering how thin Paris is, unfortunately, I do believe it was crap, no food, working in the sun all day and part of a marg. made her barely fall into the legal limit. I'm not saying that this OK. I just wish they would have caught her on a night where she really deserved it and couldn't get out of it easily, because we all know there's been ton's of those nights!!!

I would have been pissed. No one had the right to put the world in there hands. When You drink and drive you are playing god and all people of the human race should be treated the damn same. You know she will get off with community service. people like that really chap my rear.

I vote for making an example of her and other celebrities with really stiff penalties (and not community service, either).

i don't even like Paris to begin with.She is so damn full of herself.She really needs to get over herself.If she hit me with her car,I would press legal action.
