It means bathroom break or dead body - probably depends on what the movie is about ;) See the Ten-code list on wikipedia

It originally comes from CB Radio communications used by the police, amongst others, like "That's a big 10-4!", heard often in the tv-series "The Dukes of Hazzard"

Ten 100 is generally means a bomb present or alarm, ten code, the radio code used by police, military and security orgs., also has ten four a standard reply meaning heard and understood or ten 20 which either is a request for your or the beginning if the response to ten 20 " My 20 is crypto" By and large ten 100 was a statement that the sender is going to the toilet. Since 9/11 I suppose it has regained its original meaning.

Citizen band radio jargon for going to take a pee. 10 200 refers to going to use the toilet. It may have come from the movie "Convoy" or the movie "Smokey and the Bandit". I believe it was used in both. i never heard of it being used in the industry though. I have heard of taking ten but that is it.

Never heard it before, although it could refer to film or camera settings or something like that.
