I think it is disgusting how some people have answered this question. if you have got nothing nice to say then dont say anything!
I'm sure you baby will be fine, my 1 year old is always bumping his head, its what happens when they are kids. a few weeks ago my 3 year old slipped and bumped his head realy badly. i Kept an eye on him and he seemed fine until he went to bed. He was sick so i took him straight to hospital and they kept him in for observation. they said he had a concusion. He was running about the ward the next morning entertaining all the nurse's!!
Kids need to experience risk and have minor accidents in order to learn what they are and are not capable of. Its all just part of growing up!
Hope this helps and dont worry!! x

Please ignore the insecure people here that are critical. You are doing great with your English. The point is to be understood, and I understand your question.
Your baby is probably just fine. Babies fall and bump their heads all the time. The only time to really be concerned about a bumped head is if it was extremely hard, like from falling off a changing table or something high like that. Then you need to keep them awake.
To be certain, you are wise to ask for professional medical advice. Here we can call the emergency room and talk to a nurse for free advice. Some medical insurance companies offer free medical advice by phone for their customers. This is your child and it's ok to be overly-protective till you become more familiar with how resilient they really are. You're doing fine.

As long as he doesn't have a bump that goes inwards and he didn't hit that hard like if you were to bang his head on a wall hard then he should be fine. If he got sleepy after wards then you need to take him to the doctors. But watch him for awhile don't let him sleep for a couple of hours just to make sure that his normality is there.

well if you think the vomit was from his head being bumped its not ok, but if there is no bump or redness it is probably fine, he will have many more. But when a kid hits its head you should not let them go to sleep for at least a hour, kids have been known to slip into colmas when going to sleep right after a head injury & if there is vomiting related to the hit then definately take your child to the hospital.

He's probably ok if all he did was bang his own head and there wasn't a fall involved, but nausea and vomiting can be signs of a concussion.
You should probably at least keep him awake for several hours and make sure he acts ok and doesn't get sick any more.

My son is 9 months old and just recently started cruising and pulling himself up, so he had alot of falling and hitting his head. It is harder for babies to get concussions then adults so it is very unlikely that your baby has one. The symptoms of concussions are vomiting, dialated pupils and drowsiness. Do not let the baby go to sleep for an hour after hitting their head. If you can not keep the baby awake or he keeps vomiting you need to take him to the hospital and have him checked.

I shouldnt really worry about it , if he was knocked out then thier is cause for concern, but if your still worried, i would suggest an appointment with the doctor to settle your mind. children are constantly banging their heads or getting into some mischief.
