The answer seems simple to me...he's obviously not all THAT happily married!!

It takes two to tangy. The boss is definitely not happy in his present relationship and the personal assistance may be genuinely 'in like' with the boss or perhaps is taking advantage of the dirty pervert to climb the career ladder. This is a common situation in offices, and 99.9 % of the time it all ends up in tears for everybody.

He can't be as happily married as you think. As a man, and I'm sure this will go against every stereotype of a man, I have no urge to sleep with anybody but my partner.... while I can flirt with a woman and I still find other women attractive, I have never had the urge to be unfaithful

Because he's a greedy fucker who should know better ... in the States this can be considered sexual harrassment, so if your boss is bonking you and you're not happy about it, you should get your revenge by consulting a lawyer. And learn from the experience - there are people out there out to gain sexual gratification whenever they can, and don't care who they hurt to get it.

Maybe he just loves using his power and authority to take advantage of people. I suggest you speak to the personal assistant. He might be manipulating her into it.Be careful, if he is your boss.If the personal assistant is being pressurized into it, convince her to file for sexual harrassment. If she wants it, then you should leave it alone. She might be getting money or something.
