He wants to aggitate him to make him where he can't concentrate. He's basically telling him that he's better than he is. I would probably be found average.

is "he" heath or the villain? if it was heath then he wants the cute girl, but if it's the villain, he wants attention

It means to be lacking in something... in this instance it is courage.......

i would also be lacking in courage.......
and a few other things as well.
