How old are you? One if he is an adult and you are too most likely he is handing you drinks cause he thinks you are ready for another one. If you dont want to drink tell him no you are done. Im sure he will understand. If he is a selfish jerk he could be trying to get you wasted so he haves a better chance at having sex with you at that time. If that's the case he is not worth it and you can do better.
