If his sperm was on his finger and got into your vagina there is a possibility of pregnancy.
It seems very unlikely from what you have said, but it would probably set your mind at ease if you were to do a pregnancy test and it was negative.

If your b/f fingered you and he did not penetrate or inserted your penis and got discharged, you cannot be preganant . If you have missed the period by one weak, donot worry. It sometime happens . You cannot be pregnant.
