Vietnamese spelling has many forms. In this case, we have:
* different form for "a": a, a^, a(small-v-on-top)
* different annotations: ., ', `, ? (actually without the .), and ~
So there could be at most 16 different forms of "nhan" :-).
The most common, however, are:
* Nha^n: chinese-origin with meaning "human". This is most likely for a boy's name. This also has many other meanings:
a. middle of something (e.g. a cake)
b. kind (from the same origina as "human")
c. cause (use with "Qua?) meaning "cause" and "effect"
* Nha`n: leisure, maybe a girl's name?
* Nha~n
a. a fruit, not likely to be a name though
b. chinese-origin with meaning "eye", also not likely to be a name
* Nha.n: a bird, possibly a girl's name
* NhaVn: wrinkled (e.g. wrinkled skin = da nhaVn), not likely a name though
And other forms also not likely to be names. So if I have to guess, it is "Nha^n", as in human & kind.

What do ya mean? Nhẫn or Nhà n, or even Nhạn
There's one meaning for each above
Nhẫn means durability in your mind
Nhà n means leisure, pleasure, ease
Nhạn means a weak bird
That's it :)
