I don't know but the only thing I've gotten positive feedback on and no negatives is NET10. It is a relatively new prepay phone that only charges 10cents per minute with no roaming or hidden fees. My husband and I both have recently purchaced Net10 Phones and get reception even where othe phones do not. You can get cards as low as $30 for 300 minutes that are good for 60 days. They have more expensive cards with more minutes and extended times.
