I tried the Hollywood diet. It's basically a diet where you starve yourself all day and only drink 8oz of dilute fruit juice every 8 hours. In the mean time, you can drink as much water as you want. I lost about 6 pounds in 2 days. Careful though, you'll gain it back if you eat like normal after that.

Look whosoever u r.U should not stop ur yogas and aerobics.U should continue them.Better u should control on ur diet .Dont eat junk food. Go walking or jogging in the morning.Join a gym.
A good advice to u is plz dont use slimming pills and all that stuff.
Trust on urself and c u ll become as slim & trim as u have ever thought.
Dont forget to drink lukewarm water in the morn. with a pinch of salt in it.

the way i tried is relaiable but no so fast, and no so slw, jsut do some wlk and exercise regulary and then drink a lot of water, try salads insted of other food and u will get a result soon

Take lukewarm water mix with little bit salt as you can in the morning daily. due to which extra fat will melt in a few days and see the result.

Hey no need to worry.....regularly use 2 tbs of honey to luke warm water and drink it early in the morning in an empty stomach. this works!!!

physical exercise specially brisk walks which are maintainable for any age group and diet controls will help....try taking more vegetables and fruits and avoid fatty substances specially deep fried stuff.....you would not only loose weight but would also feel more energetic...........
