let it dry hard again...
then take her to dinner and when she opens the fortune cookie...

Gee, get a ring go to a nice restaurant, dint be nervous the worst she can do is say no. Get down on your knee in front of her and say her name I love so much that the only way to show you how much I truly love you is this. Then pull out the ring and say will you marry me and make me the happiest man on earth. That should do it.

Impressing a girl should not be your main priority. That will come much later when you have matured and learned how to take care of yourself first. Pay attention in school. Make it your business to learn all and everything you can. It is very, very,very,very important.
