you dont have to wait until they expire,

(only after so many hours)
i let people get points by voting mostly unless if i really like one answer i will take the 3 points,
points not so important like when at level one i could not wait
i kept running out of the right to ask/answer
or if i like the person who answers i might pick best answer for them...like if you answered my question for example

it depends on wether i felt my question was answered or not.if the answers are all lame i would wait if one was real good i would pick best answer right away.
