I am a foreigner, but I visited some White Nationalist websites, like that of David Duke, a typical right-winger, and many others. All the content in there said that American Media (Films, TV and newspapers) are Jew-dominated, that they encourage the removal of every trace of WASP values; promote things like miscegnation, homosexuality, perversion, pornography, and other things that causes a steep decline of American values, all in the name of liberalism.

Well, these right-wingers have very few takers in America, because the so-called Jewish media may as well be mainstream media. Most Americans I met can hardly be called Christians. Just playing Santa Claus on Christmas may not make you religious enough. So, I am not sure which way the truth goes.

But yes, news channels like CNN cover a lot more on Israel-Palestine conflict, and many Hollywood distributors are Jewish, so maybe it may be true. Here's an interesting cartoon link on jewish domination by Jews in America, by Robert Crumb: http://www.heretical.com/miscella/rcjoa.html

To an extent, the media shapes the opinions of the public worldwide, in countries with no freedom of media it is used by the government to control the people. But free media depends a lot on the opinions of the public, since it is commercial and needs to sell, so the media tends to became shallow, which reflects the shallowness of the public.

No, the media are shaped by American values-- greed, selfishness, love of self, etc. The media, like the arts, are only the reflecting pool of our culture's landscape...

Conformity. We listen to whatever someone else says, conpressing our own individual thoughts in fear we'd be outcasted from a selected group.

i resist it. im country life oriented -- but i vote Democrat. simply put, Republicans and the media arent gonna tell me what i should do. call it rebellion agianst the media.

Worse, most Americans have cheap internet access, and they're STILL brainwashed by controlled media.

Yes!
They are suppose to report the news not create it. They are not suppose to slant it, to the side they favor.
I seen Katie Couric, and she said to Bush, You compared Saddam Hussein to Hitler, Why did he have to explain to her that was not what he said. Look up this interview, Lets see if the Democrats are interested enough in the truth do go out of their way to do that.!
