I used to adore Rax Restaurants, but in the late 1980's and early 1990's financial problems forced the sale of most stores and closure of others. I know up until not so long ago (say 5 years) there was still a store in Eastern Kentucky on I-75 (used to drive past it every other week). Well, I've moved away and haven't seen a Rax in years. Have you?

I haven't seen a Rax since I was a kid. I go down I-75 at least twice a year through Eastern KY and haven't seen one down that way. I did a search, and didn't see any sites by them. There are some message boards where they are mentioned and I think the only place they are thriving is Ohio.

Do you have one of those ovens that only seems to cook on one side? The ideal solution is to repair or replace the oven, but that's not always an option. If you have to make do, here are some things that can help https://tr.im/8poiV

They had one in my town when I was growing up. We use to eat there once a week. It's gone now and I really miss it = (
