Me! I have them on now...lol. Even to see the monitor. I have a appt to get no line bifocals and contacts. I dont like to wear glasses either, I dont look right with them.

I'm not forty yet, but my mother (yikes, she is going to kill me for this!) has been wearing glasses at night since I was a teen, and she's, uummm, 49 in October. so yeah, probably since I was about ten. a lot of people have problems reading as they get older, our eyes are excersised all our lives. or at least, that's what an eye doctor told me when I was like, 12 and wanted reading glasses cause they were cool, so I cried for them. lol. anyways, you should be ok, glasses don't change the fact that you are still you. nothing can change that!

I've been wearing glasses since I was nine. My vision is horrible (near-sighted) but now that I'm old apparently the farsightedness is counteracting the nearsightedness--so maybe I'll stop wearing glasses when I'm forty! I like my glasses though...

Hi Mighty, I use to wear glasses,but they would always rub my nose raw. So i wear contacts now ,and i love the way they look.Needing glasses is not bad now.

I have the opposite problem at age 50, close up is still o.k. but more than 25 feet or so becomes a blur, doc. said it's the opposite of the average but not that rare.

i needed them when i was 12 and now that i'm 40 i still don't wear them as often as i should.
