I'm interested to know what it's like being a headteacher at a primary / senior school? What are the bad / good bits of the job, how much do you get paid? What are the worst challenges you face?

Well, its hard. Busy, but you get to do stuuf you want, get payed alright, but i can remember bits when i was busy and everyone bothered me. Thats why i quit and became a kindergarten teacher. Srry, but its kinda bad!

A lot better than being an arm teacher I would imagine.
