Do you agree with me that tall people get bonus points in the looks category just by virtue of being tall? Here I'm talking minimum 6 feet for men, and 5' 7" for women.

Yes I think it can be very attractive and alot of modeling agencies look for taller people. On a side note ignore all those people saying that girls should be shorter! Thats just sexist it doesn't matter how tall you are! D:<

I think you're probably right but i also think what someone else here said is true about it doesn't necessarily make you look more attractive but it does make you more noticable so you will have more attention than the average person b/c you stand out to get attention. I'm 5'10 and i get so much more attention than my friends and they're only 5'1 but i'm sure it's b/c i'm tall.

I don't think "tall" makes a person more "attractive" ;but, being tall certainly makes you more noticeable.
I have a 17-year-old granddaughter who is over 6'. She was always pretty, even at 12 when she was 5' 7". Now, she is "georgeous". Does her height have anything to do with her being "georgeous"? No. But if she were "ugly", her height would certainly accentuate that. Her sister is only 5' 1"'; yet she is a beautiful 22-year old. Pretty is as pretty does.
Get off your "high horse".

Thats so weird. I'm 5'8 and i've always wanted to be smaller. I feel like a giant against my 5'5 counterparts especially when i wear my heels....i'm like 5'10-6' tall.
Im attracted to taller men because they make me feel little and delicate. I guess thats probably why most women want taller men, someone to look up to ;)
Ummm, about tall women? I guess we envy women that are shorter. At least they wear heels and become 5'8 not 6 feet giants like us.
And yea, i thinks its attitude and confidence that makes you beautiful :)

Unfortunately I would have to agree with you on this. People cant seem to see past the whole package of good looks and height. I have a short son who is going to be in trouble to get a date for the deb ball due to his height. Am thinking of making him wear high heels. Its just as well he is handsome or he would be in big trouble. The sad thing is he is a great guy with a kind heart and height shouldn't matter.

Well, not to sound conceited, but I'm 5'8" and taller than most of my girlfriends and i get hit on a lot more than most of my friends. It also happens for my best friend and she's my height, so based on that alone I have to say yes.

Tall is good but curves are equally important.
im saying this coz ive seen some tall women who don have those humps n lumbs.
They look good only in ramps.
