Are Americans Finally Fed Up with a Do-Nothing Senate?

Speaker Hastert said today:

"Contrary to what my colleagues on the Far Left Liberal Democratic side erroneously believe, our borders are a sieve and we are at war and we certainly need to act like we are at war.
We need to close our borders, 'seal them' with the National Guard, it's very name implies, to "guard" the "nation"!!

These enforcement measures when be passed finally, BEFORE, the November elections will be put before President Bush for his signature.

A decisive act like this would boost GOP gains enormously

Extremely important to be included are:

1. As much fence as possible on the border.
2. Mandatory verification for all new hires in all businesses.
3. Federal assistance of local communities trying to rid themselves of illegal alien populations.
4. An end to handing out hundreds of thousands of green cards and work visas without properly running the foreign workers through security clearance
5. NO AMNESTY IN ANY FORM
