It's just the number with the opposite sign:

1) -5.4
2) 2/3

The "additive inverse" is the number that will add together to make zero. So the additive inverse of 5.4 is -5.4. The additive inverse (or opposite) of -2/3 is 2/3...

Addiditave inverse is the number you "add" to get the result zero... So just change the sign.
