I have a few questions for Sopranos fans out there.
1. Why did Season 6 only have 12 episodes when the other 5 had 13?
2. Anyone know what date in January the 8 special episodes begin?
3. And finally when does Season 7 start?

I read that Season 6 only had 12 because they're prolonging that season with the 8 episodes to air in mid January. Not sure when Season 7 starts either I can't find it on the web anywhere even on HBO.com.

the "eight special episodes" are the final "season"---they dragged it out to keep the show "alive" longer-- the eight final air either in december or march check www.hbo.com.
