I'll be a grad next year. Idon't have money to buy a biz: I want to know ways I have to go about to realise my dream. I;m ready to do whatever it takes nothing illegal though- to get there. I'll be a cost accountant in two years also. Please somebody guide me? Problem is I don't know What inner strengths I have to inculcate. What I require. I like Warren Buffet or many other great men am not a math man. But am ready to do anything . I can get into an IIM if it requires me to get an MBA.

big things come from small beginnings, I know you have great dreams but it doesn't happen overnight.
If you have the right attitudes with careful planning, you can almost outdo anything. To start with, here's a site which can contribute anyhow..

Nobody is going to tell you how to become a multi-billionaire. If they knew, they wouldn't tell you. Those people are called multi-billionaires.
They say you have to think up an idea that nobody else has thought of--and it's something you could spend the rest of your life doing. Then, you hire a bunch of people overseas to work for 14 cents an hour to help you realize your dream.
MBA does not mean success. I have an MBA (from a top institution, mind you), and am far from success. I'm going back to school to study something useful. The world is inundated with MBAs.

Well, first thing you must do is to be astute, which requires cultivating powers of fairness and reason. You must appreciate that the other guy/gal might want to get ahead too. Do your homework, know your subject. In doing mine, it appears that you have asked 5 questions, but answered none. If you help no others on your journey, I am sure you will find little help in yours.
To answer your question more directly, you must prove yourself by running one company succesfully first before taking on multiple jobs. What qualities do you bring to these positions? Why would someone want you to run their company as opposed to all others out there? Blind ambition is usually stunted by its blindness.. Have a vision - accomplish something, then look to running a company - think - best of luck..
