Well i don't agree to abortions if ur under age u should tell ur mum and dad they will be angry at first but if u still don't wont it give it to a member of family until ur older or put it up for adoption but think about all the good times u and ur baby could have when there older like shopping or going on Holiday or watching films together or spending time together before you have an abortion just think about this maybe it will change ur mind,

the foetus is fairly well developed at 9 weeks, has fingers toes and basic nervous system. If you decide to go ahead with a termination you need to be clear in your mind about what you are doing and confident that it is the right thing for you.Do not be swayed by emotional blackmail and people calling you a murderer. This is cruel and unfair of them.I feel it is better to end a pregnancy early than have a baby you dont want or feel unable to care for. Good luck, I hope you get through this ok whatever choice you make.

Anti Abortionists will rant on about all sorts of "dangers" but really if the abortion is carried out under proper medical supervision there are no dangers. The dangers come from abortions carried out in back street clinics and "DIY" procedures, which is what we will go back to if the Antis have their way and abortion is not legally accessible.

No woman should be forced to carry a child against her will. It is just as "murderous" to HER soul and her sanity as it is to the foetus.

go speak to your doctor and they will go through all the options with you and they can also surggest where you can contact help and support groups if you cant get help from family or friends. in the end its upto you but the earlier you go the better informed you will be the uk legal limit for an abortion is 24 weeks but most clinics will not do them past 18 - 20 weeks as it becomes a viable life after 22 weeks hence the need for a birth and death cert for a baby lost after 22 weeks my aunty had to go through the process of registering the birth and death of her still born child at 23 weeks i dont know if this is done for abortions

It's not a dangerous procedure.

Don't listen to other people on here saying don't do it, if you don't want a baby yet it's the best thing for you and the baby. I have my own child who we actively tried for and is now 2 years old, looking back I wish I'd never had her at all (but I can't change it now). I still love her, it's just a baby is such a HUGE commitment for such a long time.

I'm not a young mum btw I'm 27, I've been married to my partner 4 years and we've been together for 10 years, having a baby still strained our relationship almost to it's limit! Normally we get on so well it amazes most people we meet.

Just think of it as a medical abortion rather than a spontaneous abortion (miscarriage).

Hi 9 weeks is safe to have a abortion, people will tell you all sorts if you are not in the position to look after this child have an abortion. People on here do not know you, or your circumstances so don't take peoples negative feedback to heart. Maybe try using a better contraception, saying that i have 3 children and i used contraception all 3 times, nothing is 100%. Just think of all options first and do take care!!

and the baby does move, have a heart beat and is not a cell it is a baby with arms legs and stuff. Your baby is now approximately 13-17 mm crown to rump length, or about 0.51 - 0.66 inches. S/he also weighs in at 1 gram! Toe rays are present as the toes begin to form. Gonads have become testes (for boys) or ovaries (for girls). Baby will move away if touched through the uterine wall, and can spontaneously move as well. Ossification (hardening) of the bones may begin. that is what happens of the 9th week in pregnancy. The risk of 9th week abortion is the same as the risk of having any abortion whch is heavy bleeding or hemodridge tearing of the cervix, chances of infection, Perforation of the Uterus,Damage to Internal Organs, possiblailty of the producer going wrong may stop you from having children again in the future also can be a comman cause of miscarriage stillbirths ect sometimes even death. But if you do have a abortion the clinic u go to will go the the risk of the procudure

Well the danger to the baby should be pretty obvious. Go and get yourself an ultrasound so you can see the baby for yourself and then make your decision. The danger to yourself would depend a lot on the type of clinic you go to have the procedure done.

at 9 weeks there is not much risk for u physically its the mental issues u will have to deal with... obviously the foetus will be aborted meaning u are no longer pregnant ..
its your body and your choice ... do not listen to some of the peoples views on here (anti Abortion) they are not in your shoes or your situation .... its your descion to make and yours alone ....
all the best in whatever u decide to do ......

As a mother, I could NEVER kill my unborn baby. If you're woman enough to spread your legs and have sex, you're woman enough to take responsibilty for the consequences.

What most people don't stop and think about these days, is that sex is not a recreational sport, a penis and a vagina were made to REPRODUCE!!!

Once an egg has been fertilized, its a baby. Would you kill an infant? So why kill a baby that never even had the chance to take its first breath, look into their mothers eyes, be loved?

In your case, you should at least give the baby up for adoption. You wouldn't be a fit mother to even consider an abortion.
