(CNN) -- The leader of al Qaeda in Iraq urged his followers to kill at least one American in the next two weeks using a sniper rifle, explosive or "whatever the battle may require," according to an audiotape that aired Thursday on Al-Jazeera.

I read this on CNN today. I am trying really hard to not judge a group by the actions of a few. I have read books on Islam, trying to understand it, but I keep seeing stuff like this.

The Americans aren't doing a very good job over there in Iraq. There are a lot of good things happening over there that the news does not show too.

If they do not want us there, then they need to stop blowing up and executing thier own people, and stop blowing us up. Simple, stop the violence, and the US will go home.

The religion of CNN is all powerful. Bow down to the great Larry King and accept that Anderson Cooper will die for your sins.

Seriously....

Extremist Muslims are a hot head bunch, but if you have read up on Islam you know they do not follow the Koran as they should.

All of the events taking place in Iraq are very unfortunate, but Islam is not to blame. You can't blame every muslim for the barbaric actions of the few who are giving the rest a bad name. These rebels are whoring Islam. And yes, the US is making it worse. I am sure there are a lot of bad things that are not being shown as well... This whole thing has gotten so completely out of hand.

It is because of man's (Bush) mistake, all Americans are hated in Iraq and elsewhere in Arab and Muslim countries.

Similar is the case with this religion also: It is because of some terrorists, the community is hated all over the world. I have not read the books on Islam, but heard bad remarks about the preacher.
