I don't think there is something wrong with you. It could be a serious problem only if you would never be able to ejaculate from now on or if that would happen really rare. Most of the cases is just stress, you are tired or just not in the mood. Too much sex could do that too. You could try some ideas to spice up your sex life or give attention to the foreplay...

Are you taking any Antidepressants?
citalopram (Celexa, Cipramil, Emocal, Sepram)
escitalopram oxalate (Lexapro, Cipralex, Esertia)
fluoxetine (Prozac, Fontex, Seromex, Seronil, Sarafem, Fluctin (EUR))
fluvoxamine maleate (Luvox, Faverin)
paroxetine (Paxil, Seroxat, Aropax, Deroxat)
sertraline (Zoloft, Lustral, Serlain)
All these drugs and some antihypertensives can cause such symptoms.
Talk to a good Physician and do a thorough physical examination.

Ejaculation is necessary when you do intercourse with a girl. If you do not discharge, there is something wrong in your testicals or your penis. yes, although it seems to be beneficial for her it will be a problem for you. If it continues on a regular basis see a urologist or an endocrinologist if they can't identify the problem it 's likley hormonal.
