Aiden probably was the better man, but Big had Carrie's heart all along, and vice-versa. It just took them a lot of time, and a few detours, to realize that. The show ended just the way it should have for those two characters.

Aden...I stopped liking big when he married the young chick...I did like when Carrie slept with him and got caught in his apartment by his wife!
