boob jobs are always trashy...tattoos vary in trashiness....eg, tribal symbols and butterflies, especially located on the lower back and/or ankles are trashy as all get out, as are barb-wire tattoos on the forearm and a plethora of other overdone flash designs...there are some of us who take our ink very seriously, for whom it is an important lifestyle decision. tattooing has been around for thousands of years...in some cultures today, a person's beauty is judged based on the sort of tattooing they have. it is an ancient and beautiful form of art which has been cheapened by western culture. boob jobs never have any artistic merit, but are rather the result of insecurity or vanity....they don't MEAN anything.

both are very personal choices, and you have no right to say that they are trashy. Just because they are not your personal taste does not make them trashy, there are probably things you wear or do that would also be considered trashy. My mother had to have a boob job after having breast cancer, that is hardly tacky.
