This game shouldn't have been as close as it was. The Steelers should have had at least two more TD's. Don't forget, Charlie is undefeated as a starter for the Steelers. I can't believe the "experts" had this game as a "pick-em" with the Steelers at home. It's just like last year, The Steelers get no respect. They just have to go out & smack people in the mouth ----again!

In my objectional opinion, the 28-17 score shouldn't have been that close. It should have been at least 38-10 if it weren't for a few bad plays like the fumble on the goal line, the missed field goal and the pass interference that didn't get called that subsequently led to the Wecker punt return that set the Dolphins up for the first touchdown.

Even still the Dolphins had a chance to win this game if Dante Culpepper didn't implode by putting the ball in Joey Porter's and Troy Palmalou's (sp) hands.

Ok I knew the Steelers would beat Miami, but I admit I was worried when Batch fumbled the snap at the one.

Ok they didn't TRADE Randle-El they lost him in Free Agency. I did think Batch would do good, maybe not quite that good, but good. I knew he could play, the thing though is he is more a back up then a starter, which just means he proably couldn't do it a whole season although maybe he could.

I did Mike Tomlin is an over rated coach hired for political correctness and an infamous cheater.
He selection of assistant coaches and draft picks has been poor since day. Now That the cohwer team has gotten old and dismantled I doubt we will have another winning season till Tomlin is fired.
His actions made me ashamed to be a steelrs fan ( First time ever that I have been ashamed))

I was hoping they would lose, but it would be hard to say if they would've lost the game. Both teams are great in their own right, but no one expected Charlie Batch to go all out in the season opener.

I did, Rothlisberger was out, The Bus has retired, they traded Randle El. The Dolphins finally have a good quarterback since Marino retired.

I did. I think that Miami is still the better team and I still do not think that the Steelers will make the playoffs this year...unless of course the refs have a say.

NOT ME, I FOR THE STEELERS ALL THE WAY.
JUST BECAUSE ROTHLISBERGER WAS OUT, DOESN'T
MEAN THEY WEREN'T GOING TO DO GOOD. THE STEELERS ARE A STRONG TEAM.
