I'm half French and half Irish. My family was never big on the whole culture thing so the closest thing to my favorite ethnic food is French fries!

I am 1/4 Irish, 1/4 Swede, 1/4 Dutch and 1/4 Northern Irish (mixuture of Irish, Scots, English and I don't know what else). I love to eat pork rigs (dry rubbed with spices) and rib-eye steaks, baked potato with french onion dressing, corn-on-the-cob and a good salad. Wash all that down with ice tea. Hey, when I eat...I eat good.

I'm a mixture of everything UK, mainly Irish I think, with some Cherokee in there somewhere on my dad's side (he looks it a lot more than I do!).
As for food...well, I visit my dad in England a lot, and I hate native British food. Blood pudding, shepard's pie...the only thing I love is tea. England makes good tea.
