Attention Deficit Disorder and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. Basically, either the person is easily distracted, or hyper and easily distracted haha

The HD version of ADD includes hyperactivity. The "regular" version of ADD is just a lack of being able to pay attention.
