I m already trying 1 to 1.5 hr of walking, oats and cornflakes etc

Unless you are lucky, you can't lose weight from your tummy without losing wieght elsewhere first. The order of where you lose weight from first is genetic. May be your tummy, may be your neck and may be your thighs. You can gain muscle in one particular area, but it is impossible to target one area for weight loss.

That being said, the only thing you can do is burn calories and limit calorie intake. 1.5 hrs. of walking should be fine in the long run if accomponied by a healthy diet. Hang in there. Eventually, you'll cut down on the tummy.

Drink lots of water,its vry essential 4 ur body ,diet well but eat nutritious food n do atleast 20-40 situps a day,tummy crunches,jump 40-60 times a day,try streaching ur arms n bending from side to side for 50-60 times this would help ur side abdomen.try 2 walk or jog as much as u can ,dont sit in a place 4 vry long time . i hope these tips will help u! best of luck.

Do all forms of sit-ups, oblique ab exercises...nothing, no diet can reduce tummy & abdominal area other than this...its difficult but start doing doing 2 sets of 25 & then slowly increase no. of sets & counts & continue it, Even if u leave for a few days u'll find the fat deposition on the waistline.

Whoever's answer you accept, and whatever advice you follow, take your doctor's guidance before commencing on a weight reducing program. This is important even if you are young and energetic, because with today's lifestyles you can never tell what can show up in a medical check, or worse, as a direct adverse effect of your program.

Go to the gym regularly. Take wlk of upto 10kms. Do exercise regularly. Have a healthy diet.

The best way to loose body fat is to burn calories. As many as you can. Yoga is a a great stretching routine but doesn't burn many calories. Try jogging (or better yet, swimming).

lots of cardio and water after a month or 2 you will notice your body will not retain water as much and u will lose weight in your face and stomach first.
