I don't think they understand the question...
but essentially yes.
you yourself would not be stupid, but you your image the person people believe you are would be stupid. i think this question goes back to 1984 and the Big Brother senario, does it not?
But that's how I believe it is.

Not at all. Everyone used to believe the world was flat.......
Besides, some people can see the real you or just have a different opinion of you anyway.
For example, I think I'm no good at the wood work, I always need help and stuff yet the "teacher" of it once said basically along the lines of he knows I'm not stupid, I can do it etc.
