well the more u hurry your mind u need to sleep, the more it wont be able to rest. there are a few factors that contributes to a better sleeping environment.
-cosy bed and a pillow that is of suitable height.
-cooling temperatures.
-introduce nice fragrance to the air (eg. lavender)
-free your mind from any thoughts
-only sleep when your brain tells u so, forcing yourself to sleep when you not at least 70% sleepy, sleeping then b come a chores.
