I am developing a website but I don't know how would be activated it as website on net. If to do it have any fee, than how much. And I am developing it for a NGO, have any relacsation for a NGO which is working for Education and Health in SLUM area.

First of all, use spell check so people know what you are talking about.
Second of all, yahoo among other providers can help you with domain and hosting. I opted for Total Choice Hosting. Talk to a professional to get yourself setup.

you can always use Freewebs, you can load your website up there... and for some monthly fees you can get your domain name and such.... just search webhosting if you don't like freewebs.... there are so many people who will help you get your website on the internet!
