Don't get me wrong, i liked the guy & think he was a great entertainer, but we all knew this was coming didn't we?

I thought he was incincible. No animal could touch him. sure he took risks but that was his gift. Never thought it would be a stingray i'll give u that.

Yeah I liked him too, as well as a host of others. He may not have had this coming but he sure took a lot of risks. That would increase the odds. Some one mentioned that if he would not have pulled the stinger out he might not have bled so quickly. He seemed like a hyper kind of guy who overreacted to a severe dilemma.

I can't assume someone is going to die by doing what he loved to do however there are no guarantees when dealing with animals or even crossing the street. I feel his time on this earth was over and God took him home.

Actually I thought he'd be 80 and toothless still going strong on the shows.
I never imagined he'd pass at 44.

This is a very obvious and pretty dumb question that a million people have been posting. There are tons of people that are doing jobs like steve irwin and living to ripe old ages.

I thought a crocodile or an alligator would have eventually gotten him. But a stingray? Goodness gracious!!

Yeah, it was a shock, that he got killed by the Springray.

He was familiar with crocodile and snakes. It would not have been a shock, if his death were due to these.
