have u had any formal driving lessons?? they should tell u all this and most even take u on the same routes so u know the area. it depends where u live (what country) as to what they'll ask u to do. but most important thing is remember to RELAX. good luck.

Make sure you actually stay below the speed limit, cuz its usually on residential streets... We're not talking about having to keep up with traffic on a highway... And since the speed limit is the LIMIT, you really should be below that and it will earn you brownie points, cuz it shows your being cautious... Thats what my dad told me when I did it, and I did 25 in a 30... I passed my first time...
Also dont forget the basics like seatbelts, check mirrors... Know how to parallel park. dont hit the curb thats usually an autmatic failure. Although my boss claimed she hit the curb, and still passed by flirting her way through it, though I dont recommed that route, lol...
Most of all, just relax and do what you know how to do.. You should have prepared long and hard... Not just in drivers ed, but aslo practiced with your parents in all sorts of conditions.. my dad made me do 1000 hours behind the wheel before he let me take test...
BTW, only points I lost were when I stopped after the stop line at a stop sign... OH also make sure not to roll through stop signs, stop for a full 3 seconds... Cuz that could be automatic fail too...
Anyway, like I said, just do what you know to do... Good LUck... And btw what state are you in??? Warn me if your in ny, might have to stay off the roads a bit ;-)

Seat belt BEFORE you even start the car. Check your mirrors. Keep your speed at the speed limit, not below and definitely not above. Make FULL stops at stop signs and look both ways. Always stay aware of your surroundings. Don't be nervous! This can really mess you up! Good luck!

Backing out and parking, 3pt. turn, Ca. used to do parallel parking but not anymore, hand signals(left turn, right turn, and stop/slow), basic rules of the road like;making a two second stop at a stop sign, periodically checking your rear-view mirror, when making a lane change,(signal, look over your shoulder and then get over when safe.),keep your music off, that's about it. Lots of luck to you!
