i was just wondering if anyone knows whats going on with me i am an irregular and recently my nipples started hurting first my lest for like 2 days and now its my right nipple and i normally don't hurt when i do get my period what could this be!!!

If you are speaking of your menstration being irregular, and that your breasts are starting to hurt or feel tender, it could possibly be that your hormones are imbalanced. This has happened to me before. You should see your gyn as soon as possible. If it is your hormones going crazy, the gyn can give you hormone pills to take just for a few days or possibly put you on birth control. I know it can be a scary thing when your body does something that it normally does not do.

First of all is there any chance you may be pregnant?
If not it could be your bra a woman's body never stops growing and changing so may be you bra has gotten too big or too small!
Also when you take a bath you should GENTLY exfoliate you nipples with a wet wash cloth about once every week or two.
If your nipples are pierced that can also cause tenderness or redness
