I am sick of being fat and i want to lose a lot of wieght

Exercise and eat healthy. So choose the parking spot in the back of the lot so you have to walk and have water instead of soda. Take small steps.

Diet-fads don't work and if they do, they aren't healthy for you.

Start by getting up and getting some exercise! Just walking around the house , and then the yard and the the block and the the next 2 blocks!!
Stop eating any thing fried or frozen!! Fried foods add fat, and frozen food add sodium which make you retain water and then that makes you look fatter than you are!!
Talk to you DR. and then do what is healthy and right for you!
Or I guess you can stop eating: It worked well for a couple of friends of mine; I'd hook you up with them but the are both DEAD!!!
There is no "FAST" way to lose what took you years to put on!!
A healthy diet, exercise, and a positive attitude is was it takes!! And drink lots and lots of water!! Eat Fruit!! Apples are great!! They give you the crunch and the feeling of being full! You can dip them in yogurt! Calcium is also like water, that it will help you lose weight if you treat Calcium "right".

Don't lose it fast. Statics prove that if you lose it too fast you will in time gain it and much more back. Eat 3 to 5 times a day. SMALL meals! Don't eat past 7pm. Drink your 8 glasses of water daily.

it depends on how you want to lose it and if you want to keep it off. start with small changes: it took a while to gain the wait-it will take twice as long to lose. but dont put unrealistic expections on you or anything else. you only set your self up for failure. drink alot of water for starters. get more active. cut back on fast foods. dont shop hungry!!! my family can always tell if i shop hungry because i buy stuff i wouldnt usually. ive been walking every night only because i have a dog and am forced to take him out. try to stay away from fast food. i only eat out once a week. and if i do i get a salad and put my own dressing. learn how to cook lowfat,lowcal,and lowsodium. woman have it harder because we get cravings and have stupid hormones that make us retain water. its uncomfortable but normal. get rid of the scale. my boyfriend has gained 150 lbs and weve gone through 3 scales. avoid looking in the mirror if your working out. wait a month. keep it dark so one day you walk by after working out for a month and you notice your behind is shrinking. people work and out and expect to see results right away. it doesnt work that way. it can be done. im living proof. i hate gyms. i dont diet and i never use diet aids. im not model thin. but im healthy and happy and love who i am. you can do it.

well eat more fruits&vegetables, drink min 2 l of liquids like home made fruit juice, tea, water a day (not soda). stop eating bread, & candy make any sport

there is a great website: caloriesperhour.com and you can log in all the activities you do in a day and compare it side to side wit the foods you eat. its totally free and allows you to see how much you are burnin in a day compared to how much you eat.

jus burn more than you eat and the pounds will come off.
