Yes it does, if you've had the vehicle into the repair shop or dealer 3 times for the same problem and it hasn't been resolved the lemon law applies (in michigan anyway) good luck

Yes and no. It depends on the state. They never got a national law passed. In most states that have a lemon law, it is for any product bought in that state. (not restricted to motor vehicles only, although they are a high dollar product and as such get the press. I heard of a person in California getting a developer to buy back a house due to it's cheap construction.)
