The hours between when my daugter falls asleep for the night and when she gets up in the morning ... assuming that I didn't bring work home with me and I don't consider sleep a priority for myself.

none! unless you include driving!!daily schedule Mon-Fri
work 11pm - 7am
school 8am-1pm
sleep 145pm 10pm
wake up get ready for work and do it all over again
sat and sun
i sleep as much as possible and then I'm with my boyfriend plus i normally work about 12 hours each day during the weekend because I'm not in school.

i have a 24 hours a day seven days a week. Because if you havent got enough time to your self that means you do not love your self.. so love your self 1st before you do something else.
