Usually 3 months,when she realize that she's not having irregular cycle.Just to confirm usually 3 months

the usual is about two months
most wome start thinking they may be preg when they miss the second period.
some know the day after they have sex that they just got pregnant (like me most of the time)
and others dont know for many months because they still have their period and or it always funny anyway.
(my MIL didnt know she was pg with my husbnad till she was 7months cause she still had her periods up to then!) (but shes a moron anyway)
(I didnt have my second confermed till I was 5months cause everyone said I couldnt be cause I had just had a baby and that all the symptoms were because i had just givin birth and my body wasnt back to normal yet. but i still had the feeling i was)

It all depends on how in tune she is with her cycle. I knew at conception 4 times. But I've met people who haven't suspected that their pregnant till their around 5 months..when it becomes just a slight obvious.

Approximately 2 weeks after conception, but it's considered one month pregnant because care givers measure it from the first day of the last period.

Missed periods are always a sure sign. Unless the periods are irregular, then it might be a little longer before a woman suspects anything.

It depends on how in tune a woman is with her body... how regular her cycles are , etc Most women know something is up if their period is late and they had been having unprotected sex so that would be 1 month.... some women miss a month and think it might be stress , etc so that would be 2 months...

usually a month or so, but I have heard of some women going through several months not realizing coz they get mild spotting which they think is their period
