I suggest that you apply for a K1 Fiance Visa. Its much easier to do it that way.. That is what my husband did.

Get one of the legal self help books put out by Nolos on this topic (e.g., how to get a green card). Go to Nolo.com. They are excellent and all written for non-lawyers. A friend who recently married his girlfriend from Mexico said it was easier to bring her over on a "fiance" visa and then get married here. He had 90 days to marry her after she got into the country.

you can ask for a wife visa ( i don't know the exact name.)
It's possible to get a special permission for temporal visa and then show the papers for government and legal migration.
Have a nice wedding!!!

You're missing the point. The great thing about marrying a girl from another country is that you have a perfect excuse to leave her there!

I don't know how easy or hard it is (except from freinds). Haven't had to move back yet.
