Wash your face twice a day with a gentle facial cleanser, then follow with toner and an oil free moisterizer. Once a week exfoliate and use a mud mask. To treat a zit use a warm wash rag and hold it over the zit for a few minutes and then apply Clearsil or Neutrogena's on-the-spot acne treatment.

Aslo, try not to rest your chin on your hands. If you notice zits on your chin keep your phones wiped down because they get dirty from makeup and body oils and will transfer to your back to your face. To do this dampen a cotton ball with rubbing alcohol and wipe the surface.

I am an Arbonne skincare consultant. You will really appreciate these products if you give them a chance. All of our products are hypoallergenic, dermotologist tested, organic offerings, no animal testing, no animal by-products, botanically based (plant based). We are very popular for our anti-aging sets. We have seen them work wonders and change many people's lives. The acne line is awsome. I use them myself. I battled acne all my life and I've tried it all from the at home natural remedies to the proactiv to the dermotologist. Nothing worked for me until I was introduced to arbonne. Please take a look for yourself and discover what Arbonne can do for you too. Go to arbonne.com enter consultant ID#16329378. If you are not able to place an order or would like further help please email me at jca0205@yahoo.com. I would love to assist you in any way possible. I would even like for you to look at some before and after pics. They are awsome!!!

I use astringent daily and a scrub a couple times a week and if I get a random zit I put toothpaste on it over night - it works wonders.

proactive is a bit expensive, but it does help quite a bit. i mean, my skin isn't flawless like in the after shots they show in their advertisements, but it is helping. i also use neutrogena rapid clear every night and that has been helping a lot. and i don't know if this applies to you, but i have this addiction to sugar, and when i cut down on it dramatically, my skin started clearing up. finally, drinking a ton of water, getting enough sleep, and exercise help a bit.

Trader Joe's has a blemish stick (roll on) with tea tree oil in it that works well as a spot treatment.

Proper cleaning, sleep (your skin needs time to heal just as much as the rest of your body would), and a large amount of water doesn't hurt.

Wash your face daily, eat healthy, and take care of yourself. ProActive helps as well. But if you're not going to do those other things, you can just forget it.
